The safe and responsible teaching of pole & aerial fitness (with a large dose of fun on top) is our specialty at The Girl Spot. Following the leaders of our industry, we have a real commitment to safe teaching practices, comprised of countless hours of practical experience and knowledge of dance, gymnastics, artistic expression and fitness in general.
The staff of The Girl Spot are well educated, holding multiple certifications in the X-Pert Pole Fitness Professional Training Program, ElevatED Pole Teacher Training, and Discoveries Dance Teacher Training, as well as FlyGym Instructor Training and various other fitness and dance certifications. We keep learning so you can too!
While we preserve the history of fun and sensual movement, setting our pole dance classes apart from traditional gyms, we are committed to guiding you, the student, along your personal pole journey, using correct form and technique.
